Joining the online sessions
1How to join a session
- On the conference detailed program, click on the Zoom link. You will arrive at a main Zoom room.
- If your name doesn’t appear correctly (if possible, in Latin alphabet), please change it by clicking on Participant, ⋯, Rename. This name could also include your country. We also recommend turning on your camera, if possible, to increase interaction.
- You can then join the room corresponding to your session by clicking on More and Breakout room. Choose the room corresponding to the session you want to join and click on Join.
Click More, then Breakout rooms. 
Find your session’s room and click Join.
Once in the breakout room, if you need help, you can click on More and Breakout room and ask the host to come into your room. You might need to be patient and kindly allow the host some time to react, as the host may be attending to someone else.
To leave the breakout room and go back to the Zoom main room, click on Leave room on the bottom right of the screen.
2Caption and automatic translation
Zoom allows translation of the captions from and to the following languages:

My speaking language is the language of the presenters (most of the time, English). My caption language is the translated language (your language).
Other languages are not yet supported by Zoom. We apologise for that and suggest attendees use Google Translate (or another app) audio function for those other languages.
