We invite proposals on research and practices that focus directly on improving the quality of learning in classrooms and other formal learning environments through pedagogical experiments and/or action research.

   
  This theme reflects our shared belief that teaching can bring about learning, as well as our commitment to ensure that teaching does lead to learning, for we know that it is learning, not teaching, that counts. We thus welcome contributions that particularly address this theme.
