His research focuses on collaborative professional learning including how resources, people and processes can support facilitation of effective professional learning. Through his research he seeks to understand more about how we learn when working with others, how we can make this learning easier and more productive, and what inhibits learning.\u00a0 He is currently leading a 3-year project exploring playfulness through collaborative professional learning working closely with teachers and leaders in schools.
