Cancellation Fees applies
In case of voluntary cancellation of the participation in the conference:
- The participant will receive a refund of the registration fee, minus $75 for administrative and membership fee if it occurs 2 months before the start of the conference (up to and including July 23, 2024)
- The participant will receive a refund of 50 % of the registration fee, minus $75 for administrative and membership fee if it occurs 30 days before the start of the conference (from July 24 to August 23 inclusive)
- In all other cases, the registration fee will not be refunded.
